Admission Procedure

ELIGIBILITY

Minimum age for admission to Play Group - 2 years, Nursery 3 years, LKG-4 years, UKG-5 years at the beginning of the session (i.e., on 1st April of the year.

The School would inform parents about interview and selection process in due course of time.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

For admission from PG-Grade I, Photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the child issued by a Municipal Authority/Authorized Dignitary will be produced at the time of registration.

Two passport size photographs of the child and one each of the parents; one family photo for the Parent I-Card.

Requisite Admission form

For admission from Class li onwards, a certificate from the Head of the Institution, where the student was lastly studied, will have to be produced at the time of registration.

The Original copy of the Birth Certificate must be produced for verification when required.

Application for admission should be given in the appropriate form, Children, along with their parents, will be interviewed, by the Principal, if necessary.

RULES FOR ADMISSION

The application for the admission must be given on the appropriate form. Date of interaction with the Principal will be notified at the time of registration.

The school reserves the right to select or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities is final as far as granting / refusal of admission is concerned.

Cumulative assessment of the whole year is considered for the child's promotion into the next class.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Private tuitions are not encouraged. Parents cannot engage teachers of the school as private tutors for their ward.
  • Parent & guardians cannot visit the classes or meet the teachers (in school campus) without prior per mission of the Principal.
  • Parents are required to notify the school office of any change in their address along with its proof.
  • Only written requests from parents to allow the child to leave before dismissal will be entertained.
  • Parents cannot call their words during class hours. In case of any sickness, parents will be notified by the school authority.
  • All belongings of students should bear their names and classes.
  • Students should not bring mobile phones or other such electronic gadgets to the school.
  • Parent - Teacher Meetings are held at regular intervals to provided parents and teachers an oppor tunity for exchanging views on the progress of the students.
  • While every possible care is taken to ensure the safety and security of the students at the school, the school authorities will not be responsible for any injury fatal or otherwise sustained by any students of the school during organized activities taken up inside or outside the school or during transit from home to school or back.

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE

Parents are requested to given an advance notice of at least a month for withdrawal of their ward / wards. Otherwise, a fee equivalent to a quarter shall be charged for issuing the Transfer Certificate.

Payment of Fee:-

All dues are to paid on fees day that is 10th of ever y month. A special concession of Rs.250/- will be given if the fee of whole session is deposited in beginning of the session.
